The shielded control cable is applied to the connecting line of electrical instrument and the transmission line of automatic control system with AC rated voltage of 450/750V or less. It is widely used in metallurgy, power, petrochemical and other industries. The following small editor introduces the characteristics of the shielded control cable.
1. AC rated voltage: U0/U 450/750KV.
2. the highest working temperature: polyfluoroethylene propylene (F46) insulation is not more than 200 ℃, soluble polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA) insulation is not more than 260 ℃.
3., the minimum ambient temperature: PVC sheath: fixed laying -40 ℃, unfixed -15 centigrade, fluoroplastic and silicone rubber sheath: fixed at -60 ℃, fixed at -20 ℃.
4. cable installation temperature should not be less than 0 ℃ (fluoroplastics, silicone rubber and NBR sheath cable is not less than -25 ℃).
5., the allowable bending radius of the cable is: the minimum armored cable is 6 times the outer diameter of the cable. The copper tape shielding or the steel sheathed cable is 12 times less than the outer diameter of the cable. The fluorine plastic insulation and sheathed cable is 8 times the diameter of the cable.
