Minimum order, lead time, samples, customization and certifications.
What is the minimum order quantity?
One drum for standard models (100–500 m per drum depending on type); MOQ for custom models is confirmed before ordering. Sample lengths are exempt from MOQ.
What is the lead time?
3–7 working days for standard models; custom lengths, pre-terminated assemblies and volume orders are confirmed per contract. Allow extra time for export booking.
Can we get samples for testing first?
Yes. Short samples of standard models are available — freight collect within China, DHL/FedEx for overseas customers. Sample availability of special models depends on stock and workload.
Do you support custom lengths and factory-fitted connectors?
Yes. Cut-to-length, factory pre-terminated jumpers (N, DIN, SMA, F-type and more) with insertion loss and VSWR data attached.
Which certifications do you hold?
ISO 9001/14001/45001, SARFT network access approval, TLC certification and Zhejiang Manufacturing certification; CE/RoHS on selected series and UL on fire alarm cable. Certificates are on the Certifications page.
