Founded in 2003 with a registered capital of 108 million RMB, Hangzhou Putianle Cable Co., Ltd. is headquartered in Qingshanhu Science & Technology City, Lin'an, Hangzhou, Zhejiang — a region renowned as the "Hometown of Cables in China". It is a National High-Tech Enterprise and a Zhejiang "Specialized & Sophisticated" SME integrating R&D, design, manufacturing and service.
Focused on broadband transmission for over 20 years, we offer 8 major categories with over 1,000 products — physical high-foam coaxial cables, wireless communication RF cables, fiber-optic composite cables, data network cables, surveillance cables, power cables, butterfly optical cables and feeders — widely used in CATV, 5G base stations, microwave transmission, broadcasting and FTTH. Our flagship products benchmark against the US MIL-C-17 military-standard RG series and leading international low-loss coaxial standards, adopting physically foamed dielectric with a foaming rate of about 80% for low attenuation, low VSWR and excellent temperature stability.
On the manufacturing side, we run world-class physical foaming lines and high-precision network analyzers, argon-arc welding corrugation lines and 135 high-speed braiding machines, with an annual capacity of 500,000 km of coaxial cables, 400,000 km of indoor optical cables and 50 million fiber jumpers — ready for large-volume orders and OEM/ODM customization.
The company is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Our products have obtained Tail Certification, CE, RoHS and SARFT network access approval, with more than 50 patents and participation in 9 industry standards. Products cover 20+ domestic provinces and are exported to 30+ countries and regions across Europe, the Americas and Southeast Asia.

Development History
- 2003 - Founded with RMB 108M registered capital in Qingshanhu, Lin’an — “China’s Hometown of Cable”, starting with CATV physically-foamed coaxial cables
- 2003-2010 - International equipment introduced (advanced foaming lines, precision analyzers); ISO 9001/14001, SARFT, TAL and CE certifications plus import/export license obtained
- 2014 - Optical cable division founded; RMB 70M+ invested in 4G base-station feeder project and a 25,000 m2 new plant — toward “copper + fiber” dual drive
- 2015 - Co-founded Zhejiang Lianfei Fiber Optic Cable with YOFC (16% stake), extending into the upstream fiber industry chain
- 2017 - RMB 500M fiber production base commissioned; optical cable sales topped RMB 100M, completing the shift from “copper” to “fiber”
- 2017-2019 - National High-Tech Enterprise accredited; provincial R&D center and provincial enterprise research institute approved
- 2021-2022 - Listed as Zhejiang “Specialized & Sophisticated” SME; Changzhou branch opened for the Yangtze River Delta
- 2023 - 20th anniversary; Zhejiang AAA “Contract-honoring & Creditworthy” enterprise and third National High-Tech Enterprise accreditation
- 2026 - 53 patents and contributions to 9 national/industry standards; products exported to 30+ countries and regions
